Grammy Update #35

I almost didn’t post that video, because my mother went into absolute hysteria about the video’s crude, pornographic nature. She’s gonna have to pop a Vicodin when she’s sees my blog on #7, #18, #20, #23, #62, and #71 
I’m partly kidding…I don’t think getting arrested has to be that graphic. 
Anyway, it’s nothing compared to Madonna’s 2006 Grammy performance. OMG, I’d almost quit eating buckets of soy ice cream to get those legs!! Can I just touch them? Are they real? Seriously, find that video on You Tube…you’ll unconsciously hop on a treadmill and set the time for “1 week”.
I worked waaaaay too hard on that video not to post it. I drove to four different cities trying to find a nurse’s uniform, stethoscope, modern stool, hot pink rug, door numbers, curtains, and, let’s not forget, the AWESOME satin corset and sky-high heels. It took about three days to come up with the choreography - much of which was edited out to switch between scenes. Three more days were needed to re-arrange my garage and hang the curtains from the ceiling. I can only imagine what my neighbors thought was going on at my house when I started parking outside and they saw that set-up every time I opened the garage door. I wonder if they heard “I Kissed a Girl” blaring from my garage at 2am…

I don’t think the video was pornographic, at all. I have hardly come across a video clip where even a professional singer doesn’t appear in a sexy corset. I mean, you didn’t appear naked and even the scene in the shower was very decent. Even if you won’t get into the top of the my grammy awards, just know that you are already top ten in our hearts! And by the way, I’d love to come with you to to do accomplish task 65, but time, money and distance - I live in Greece - unfortunately keep me up. Best of luck in your eneavor, nevertheless.

Oops! I have got the impression my previous comment sounded somehow weird. In any case, it was meant benevolently and what I wanted to say is that - according to my taste, at least - the videos weren’t shocking, at all. In case anybody understood anything different, I deeply and sincerely apologize.

I didn’t think your first comment was weird. Thanks for letting me know that I’ve made the Top Ten no matter what happens at the Grammys!! I have to go to Greece for #36 anyway, so I’ll #65 when I get there

Can’t wait. By the way, I am Manos, I just use the pseudonyms October Ceasar and King Friderark sometimes when I want to stay incognito in case - Heaven forbid! - any one of my relatives gets by mistake into this site and sees what I have written - which is stupid, anyway, because in the next comment I reveal myself but it makes me feel safer, nevertheless…
